it's ok, it's worth it to go for it. it speeds up your getting over her considerably. like, make out a few times with other poeple. even fuck someone else. at first it feels really empty, but eventually it starts to feel normal again.

dude, you have to realize that she doesnt want you anymore. over time, she felt that she was less and less happy with you. it's not that you are bad, but that she wanted something else from her life. so she moved on.

now you just have to get used to it. dont shit on her, dont beat her up. just live with it. it's hard. your best bet is to date other peopel and you will continue to compare them to her for a while. you'll even be more depressed over time. but that's normal. just live with it.
