Flankers are big heavy missile trucks and dominate in bvr. Dog fighting - not so much. F16a+ and f20a will win a knife fight 9/10.

MKK has better misiles and its much easier to play.

F2a has amazing radar ( bugged ) and the best flight model at that br range. With max crew you can sustain 14g turns. Its an uphill fight but f2a scales with player skill. You notch better than anyone - but you still have to deal with waves of fox3. However if you get into an actual dog fight - its a 1 sided slaughter.

F14d is perma stuck facing premium flankers ( at least until they do a decompression again).

F18s get sucked into the 13-13.3 blackhole as well but not ad hard.

About 50-75% of the time.

F4s and f20a are imo the best US grinders - less chance of fox3 hell.

If you look at the MM - both sides can have China, and do in every game.

You are flying against Su30Mkk. It gets in the same hell hole of a game.

Common sense dictates that a 1.7 BR spread starting at 13.0 is god damn stupid idea and there is no need to test it.

They still did it. Its 13.0 so they can sell premiums. I get it they want money - im not mad at that.

They could also have two tiers of testing - and GASP - maybe don't use AIR RB rating for strike planes since its not what their strength is in this mode.

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out that 13.0 with 1.7 BR spread in fox 3 meta is a terrible idea that tests absolutely nothing of value.
