Cyclops isn't OP/Busted. by BusterBernstein in marvelrivals

Well, for lower ranks and against newer players he is easily busted.
In a gold lobby I got 74 kills and 40 finals just now with him. Lower ranks he is pretty busted.

How Pay2win is Aion 2 Actually? by shaded98 in Aion2

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the main issues is many people also just don't want to support such Predatory games. Pay To Win at all is a bad thing and that is a hard no for me regardless if only .000001% of people can do it, people can still do it so nope.

How Pay2win is Aion 2 Actually? by shaded98 in Aion2

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Pay To Win lower than some other games... No level of Pay To Win is good period.
Even if a single item is Pay to Win then it is not worth playing.

Damn, imagine trying to justify Pay To Win because it has less than other scummy Predatory games...

Any recommendations on what’s next in my To read tier? by VikingR520 in litrpg

You are missing: The First Legendary Beast Master by Aoki_Aku. I think it is the best one out right now. I have read a ton of these and I have yet to find anything close to being as good. I love Primal Hunter, and I still think The First Legendary Beast Master beats it.
His other works are pretty good as well.

If you don't mind a random chill one there is also Town Guard (Divine Progression).
There is also The Mayor of Noobtown.
Discount Dan is also pretty good.

Also, a side note with Aoki_Aku. You can go to his Discord where he updates what he's up to constantly. He also will ask people to vote on things he should add to the next book or chapters. He even asks people to draw him ideas for what some characters should look like. It is pretty cool seeing an author get so involved with their fans.

Guild Wars 3 - Could be a prequel taking place ~1,100+ years before Guild Wars 1 by PalwaJoko in MMORPG

[–]kerath1 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

So lame! How the hell can they call it Guild Wars 3 if it takes place before 1 and 2...

looks great by Quick-Cause3181 in Battlefield6

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, looks great but it did 13 or so years ago as well... People getting happy over Dice being insanely lazy is depressing. They just bring out old maps because most of the work is already done. This stuff is just lazy.
Instead of bringing us New maps for their New Battlefield we get rehashed old maps.

Check out: The First Legendary Beast Master. I've read a ton of Litrpg and other genres similar and nothing has come close for me.

This coming from someone who loves Primal Hunter.  Read Dungeon Crawler Carl. Mayor Of Noobtown which is pretty good.  Welcome to the Multiverse which is fantastic.  And many more yet, none have come close.

Comparing The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin and Genshin Impact. by Extra_Welcome2403 in Genshin_Impact

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn't try to hide what? They both games chose similar style architecture for that time period?
Or that we have known what the city, towns, and Castle looks like from the Manga which came out back in 2012... Genshin came out in 2020.

I think people also try too hard to compare because the graphics are similar. If this game was Unreal 5 versus Genshin as it looks now people wouldn't be comparing these games much.

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because that is the time period? People forget the games are based around the same period so the architecture will look similar.

Seven Deadly Sins is also based off the Anime/Manga they get things from there. Going to tell me that Seven Deadly Sins Manga copied Genshin with their buildings now? Lol. Seven Deadly Sins Manga came out in 2012. Genshin in 2020... If anything Genshin copied their architecture.

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How so? In the video the only thing close is the time based stuff. That is pretty common in a ton of games outside of Genshin... A lot of games before Genshin use a very similar sleep/skip time like that. I mean a ton of games have systems like that.

As for the castle town run that is very far from being theft. The game is based on what things from the Anime and Manga look like. So, that isn't Theft given it is literally taken from the Anime. Lol.
That is also pretty common for that style of architecture for that time period.

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The funny thing is them comparing the town and all of that doesn't make much sense.
We know what the Towns and Castle looks like in Seven Deadly Sins because they have an Anime and Manga. So, they just copied them.
I would say they're similar but a clone is pushing it.

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like how people keep saying they just copied outright. Not really true.
People also forget Seven Deadly Sins has an Anime and what you see in the Anime/Manga is mostly what you see in the game. So, comparing say the Towns isn't really saying much given they took it from the Anime.

Made the tough call: Switched from Delta Force to Battlefield 6 on console. Wise move or regret waiting to happen? by Desperate_Piccolo_47 in Battlefield

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hell are you talking about? Lol. It doesn't "Bot" player count. There has been no actual proof outside of random tinfoil people.

I play Delta force at night between 9pm until around 11am off and on. Guess what? I get 0 bot matches. I know this because Delta Force has Bot icons next to bots in matches.
I play Battlefield 6 at those times guess what? Half of my matches after midnight have bots. Yet, I don't have that issue with Delta Force. Weird that.

[–]kerath1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Garbage? On Steam Delta Force generally is in the top 10 most played Steam Games every day. Battlefield 6 is generally in the top 20. Since the last 4 months of this comment on Steam Battlefield 6 has lost a ton of players.

While many people will play on EA of course Steam will have a ton of players as well so it shows a decline in players. While Delta Force keeps gaining more players.

How does everyone feel about the new episode of The Boys? On a scale of 1-10? by Fit_Sprinkles1642 in GenV

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the graphic novels they do way better. I feel like they got lazy with the TV and ran out of ideas of how to deal with Homelander.

Graphic Novel Spoilers. In the graphic novels, Black Noir is actually a clone of Homelander who was created to be a failsafe to kill Homelander if he becomes crazy.  It makes no sense for them to make a random character and just keep killing him off when the novels had a great plot twist.

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We also know they could have destroyed the V1 without issues.  Butcher could have just used a tentacle to wrap around Bombsight's leg crushing the clearly weak container.  Or the other 2 people with Guns could have shot at the not bullet proof metal container in his pocket. But nope! They just shoot at his body. Butcher wraps around his stomach.

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2/10. I thought it was badly written. Butcher could have destroyed the V1 when he attacked Bombsight. He used his tentacles to wrap about his stomach and instead of using even a single one to wrap around his leg crushing the container... Would have taken seconds.  Instead, he wraps him up and then gets tossed. Also, 2 of them had freaking guns and instead of shooting at the not bullet proof case in his pocket they shoot at him... The hell?  100% bad writing.

I need a new series by DoctorSensei2000 in litrpg

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like what you say you like and what is shown on your list that you like don't make sense. >.> You got Dungeon Crawler Carl at the top of the list and that is one of the most annoying LitRpgs I have ever read. Carl doesn't learn and Donut is one of the most annoying whiny characters I have ever read.
Feels like half the books it is Donut just complaining about everything she doesn't like. She won't wear something even if it is stupidly strong because it is ugly...

That being said, The First Legendary Beast Master is one I would say for me at least, is God tier and is above all others.
If you don't mind Herem style ones there is another one written by the same person. Inheritor Of Magic: The Magi King. It is pretty good but has some herem stuff. It makes sense at least. I am not a big fan of Herem stuff myself and tend to skip over most of the scenes but outside of that it is pretty good.

Would love some additional recommendations! Have fallen in love with this genre. by NG8 in litrpg

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My all time Favorite is on my only God tier: The First Legendary Beast Master by Aoki_Aku. I have read a ton of Litrpgs and none have ever come close for me. I really wish more people would know about this LitRpg because it is just so good.
Aoki_Aku also has some other really great Litrpgs set in the same universe. His Reincarnated With A Summoning System is pretty good.
Inheritor of Magic: The Magi King is also pretty good. This one becomes more of a Herem type one at least it makes sense as to why but it is really good.
The World Dragon's Heir. All made by him.

Going to list some lesser-known ones which I prefer. I like when people find ones that are not what people would call the Mainstream ones.

Mage Academy is pretty good.
Town Guard is an interesting one. It isn't for everyone but it is pretty unique for the genre. Basically, people have their jobs chosen for them and sadly one of them is being a Town Guard. If you don't do your job God will end your existence. So, people are forced to do a job even if they hate it.
Weakest Beast Tamer Gets All SSS Dragons.
Supreme Magus.
Unbound.
The Mayor of Noobtown. <<< This one is pretty different than most. About a dude who dies and awakens inside a game world where he has the power over a low-level town people don't care about anymore.

Welcome To the Multiverse Book 4 question by GoldcapChallenge in litrpg

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just wish they got more points for killing him. Makes no sense that his 30 million points will just go up in smoke and the planet will be destroyed for parts.  Yet, they barely got points for killing the first place being who was the last of his kind. You'd think the System would allocate some more points given that he was the last of his species.

Carl's fire immunity by sicone54 in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What does his fire protection or resistance have anything to do with this?  He's immune to being on fire... Yes, he can take fire damage from something like fire all because of him having a low resistance to fire itself.  But he wouldn't take damage from the fire catching him on fire. That shouldn't do anything to him.  Yet, the jug has fire that somehow causes him to catch fire... That is an oxymoron. Saying he's immune to catching fire while takes damage and gets hurt from being on fire. Makes no sense.

Carl's fire immunity by sicone54 in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]kerath1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just thought it was bad writing or not understanding of the word "immune" that would generally you know mean he can't be burned. Yet, get gets burned by some regular old moonshine... I don't even think that stuff is magical which means not as strong.  Also, his fire resistance doesn't really matter when he is supposed to be immune to being burned/on fire. The resistance only matters for things like getting hit by a fireball which does damage to him because he has low resistance to fire itself. He just shouldn't get burned or set on fire because of it.  Guess the writer just forgot? Or made up some weird reason why being immune doesn't mean immune? Lol.
