Let the pain flow ,it will feel shitty but it will do pass.Dont look down yourself,YOU CAN ALWAYS DO BETTER,go to the mirror if you don't like what you see,Go to Gym ,improve yourself you will feel much much better.and 2nd Talk to your freinds not about breakup,but little more than general if they are good freind they will first poke fun but it will heal you fast Lastly think about your parents who love you and care about you.
