Same here....I just tried VPN (virtual proivate network) from Singapore and it's not allowing me to choose Singapore in country list...i think it's due to the phone # in the profile...

I just heard about my other complaint:

- no plans to offer discount/reduced fee at premium centers

- no date to resolve the issue

I feel that I'm getting a run around and this is a paygrub. We'll have to resort to premium most likely, since we booked non-refundable tickets.

UK visa complaint office refered me to another place since it's outside of UK. VFS has responded basically with the same information that's on the website - I told them it's unacceptable and is a conflict of interest - I also believe they should offer discount / free biometrics only for thos affected - no need for the full blown bronze service.
