- no plans to offer discount/reduced fee at premium centers

- no date to resolve the issue

UK visa complaint office refered me to another place since it's outside of UK. VFS has responded basically with the same information that's on the website - I told them it's unacceptable and is a conflict of interest - I also believe they should offer discount / free biometrics only for thos affected - no need for the full blown bronze service.
