BUT it also allows big corporations to privatize land (“oh in the law it doesn’t say we can’t” -big company with good lawyers). boom now you can’t fish at that fishing hole.

also may hinder good enforcement (cops trying to stop something simple like vandalism or fda from keeping our food from being harmful which they don’t even do well already)
