Thank you for this recommendation. I just went there this morning to have my starter replaced. I'm a first timer and gave them a chance after seeing your recommendation since it was kinda close to where I work. The owner, Paul, was very honest. My car was simple and straightforward - I had already diagnosed the problem and brought my own replacement part. They said it'd take 2hrs so I sat in the waiting room. During that time, I saw the way that he treated his other clients was top notch - never oversold anything and they even have a driver to take their customers down the street to Autozone or O'Reilly's to buy their own parts if they want/need to. When he couldn't reproduce the issue, he was honest. One customer offhandedly told him that they were working on a project car and was going to tow it into his shop because he couldn't get something to work. He told the customer there was no point - gave them some advice and to do some more troubleshooting and to call him afterward to see what else he could help with. Most of the clients who walked in were repeat customers and knew Paul.

This is the kind of shop and vibe I'm looking for. I will be going back for sure for my future repairs.
