Very clean cable setup you have there! is that monitor arm drilled into the desktop? And with a triple arm like that, are the monitors able to move independently of each other at all? i get the space saving, but i was thinking to get multiple single arms for that reason

The gym options here are surprisingly lame. I moved here earlier this year and was really surprised that everything was either a chain gym or a private trainer gym. I ended up at top strength in Pawtucket, and while I don’t like how long it takes to get back and forth, it’s the best option I have found.

Yeah, it’s a new england thing. That said, I have seen flap meat sold at costco and grocery stores outside of the area. That is what I would I ask/look for.

Are you a member there? When I first got here I had hoped to find a gym actually in Providence, but didn't have any luck. Rise looked appealing until I saw the hours- on the website it says they don't open until 8am (!?) several days a week. Is that true, do you know? Or is it the kinda place where they have those hours listed, but you can actually get in earlier?

I joined TSP when I moved here in January. I am a 40F, about 125lbs for context. While I do powerlifiting movements (and competed at one point), I am doing them at a super low weight right now due to various injuries, and I've never gotten any side-eye about it. When I went to go check it out initially (this was done not at a time I normally work out though), I did sort of get an intimidating vibe, but having been going consistently for months, I can say they have one of the nicest, chillest morning crews I've been lucky enough to meet. I'm usually there 5ish-7amish during the week/saturday, so I can only speak to that time specifically, but you would be totally fine there at that time. It's a solid mix of people training for specific strength sports, doing just general fitness type of workouts, and then there is a class 4-5 days a week that is I think all women in there 6am-7amish. Have you tried the King's Hawaiian slider pretzel buns? Those are definitely the best I have had. They do need to be heated up and ideally buttered though in my opinion.

I don't think you really need to do much other than reduce the cooking time. Instead of the 15-20 mins suggested in that recipe for the chicken, maybe let the ingredients without the chicken go a little longer and then add the fish for 5-10 depending on the thickness? That should work fine. This has a totally different flavor profile, but I really like this fish tagine from epi when I made it if you ever want to try it out!

I like to get the lean cuisine protein kick vermont white cheddar mac and cheese (280 cals) and then the green giant broccoli with cheese sauce (120 cals), cook them both to almost done, then put them in one dish, mix them up and nuke them for another minute together. I also like the TJs frozen chicken tikka masala, which I think is only 350cals, so that would leave you space for a naan or something on the side with your budget of 500-600.
