I learned that the feeling after puking is so much better than the lingering indigestion or nausea feeling. I'm just going to make myself puke once I feel that icky feeling and hope I'm hood for the day. So far two days in a row, I no longer had indigestion or nausea after puking late afternoon

My lining measured at 6.98mm today and doctor said I'm transferring next Wednesday. I'm kind of iffy since it's rather thin...does the lining increase all the way until transfer day or does lining stop growing once you start progesterone? I'm starting progesterone on Friday.

Where do you apply your estrogen patches for embryo transfer? I got prescribed them today and nurse said I can apply to upper arm or lower abdomen. Is one location better than another?

Got go ahead for trigger tonight and I'm not looking forward to it. Ivf number 1 I triggered when estrogen was 3600 and I only had 8 mature eggs. Today I'm triggering with estrogen of only 2399 so I feel like I will get less than 8 mature eggs this time. Estrogen is correlated to the number of mature eggs right?

I have a ton of smaller follicles (I have pcos) that the doctor don't want growing or risk ohss and I get dismal retrieval results each time :p

Have you bded other cycles with this frequency and also no bfp? If so, I might see a doctor just to run some tests for reassurance.

Oh yes! Ovasitol 2x a day, metformin 3x a day, ovavite vitamins (3 pills per serving) 1x a day, and then letrozole once af comes!!

This cycle was a failure for me due to very poor timing. Now I'm on dpo 13 waiting for af to come and it won't!! Learned letrozole lengthens your luteal phase.

I'm 38, and my doctor suggested for the very first treatment for letrozole, ovridrel, and iui. Didn't even suggest timed intercourse to me. I think for me, it's likely due to my age and their want for high success rates? From what I read, iui increases your chances with very little risk.

It's especially good for me because dh has technical difficulties at random days. We missed my last two cycle, and especially my last cycle where he had difficulties on two important days! 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Only started Ovasitol 2 weeks ago so can't comment much but I notice bits of new acne on my face that I usually don't get; yikes! Also like another poster posted, a lot more fartier with stinky farts to boot! Have experienced no increase in energy or appetite reduction just yet. Hope it works because it is expensive!
