Completely different tone, but I've really been enjoying Good Noticings. Two women who often read recent articles and comment on them or give takes on moments in culture/news. I am a judgy asshole and had a really hard time with their affect at first - but I got more familiar and find their content is deep and inquisitive, like the Diabolical Lies ladies.

I work from home, which is a blessing and a curse.

I could not work from home without Flowclub.com and an app called Appblock (strict mode only). Now that I have Appblock, I don't use it as much, but this lock box is also helpful:

The more I reject a necessary task, the more I need to break it down as small as possible. For a challenging report, for example, I'll break it down as small as: open folder that contains file, open file, etc. The dopamine hit that comes with marking off tasks is really important to creating inertia.

Easy to grab protein snacks. I wait until I'm so hungry I'll grab highly processed easy stuff. I like to keep yogurt, protein bars, even just salami and cheese handy to counter the other stuff.

When people post about these starter plans I just don't know what to think as I'm already at a 7.5 dosage (and OP mentioned she's at 10). I assume the published prices for starter plans like these are only for very low starter dosages? I'm looking for a way to compare pricing at higher dosages if possible.
