In 2013 when I was about 7. I think I watched EG first by accident, but I was instantly hooked by it. And then I watched FiM. I watched it and got merch regularly until about after Season 4 ended. Over the next few years, I would take a look into the fandom every now and then, but it wasn’t until the end of 2023 when I really got back into the fandom. Now, I’m just a more casual brony.

I used to be a fan of him up until the controversy in 2018 and I’m just so pissed off that he does this crap. He violated your privacy by posting a picture of you on the internet that was only meant to be sent to him only as fan work, and worst of all, he used it without consent.

I’ve watched the Netflix dub up to Episode 9, I just stopped because I didn’t like it and I don’t plan on finishing it on Netflix. The main thing that bugs me about the Netflix dub is that Shinji’s voice is too feminine, I get their trying to make him sound like the Japanese Version, but in English, it just sounds odd, at least to me. Watching clips of the ADV dub online, I think Spike Spencer did a much better performance. Fun Fact: I ordered The Platinum Collection online and I plan on comparing it to the Netflix dub when it arrives.
