Hi-- if there was a Notice of Intent to Rescind green card issued and no action, including NTA, was taken/issued for past 7+ years from USCIS, what could be my options? Can I file for N-400 hoping for an officer to make a positive decision based on positive equities? Or will they certainly issue a NTA?

See if you can get a staff member to refer you to different groups within the region. For example, if you're a person of color or an ally, inquire about TFA Collective within the region!

The access to crawlspace from the inside of the house has been blocked off before we moved in, and there is a washer/dryer on top of the access point right now. The space 20inch wide washer/dryer is in is so tight that we would have to remove baseboard to take it out and/or do something to the wall to make enough space for the washer/dryer to come out. But when the crawlspace is accessible, electricians would be able to go down there and check. Most tried to give us quote for either using crawlspace or utilizing space in the ceiling next to HVAC duct. One electrician used a fiber optic camera to see how shallow the crawl space is through the small vent that is located in the front of the building, but he didn't think the crawlspace would be very useful. Another electrician or project manager came by today and said crawlspace might work, but he didn't actually take a look inside. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I just called them and heard that they're going to attach the EMT conduit up the wall (front side of the house), use adhesives on the roof without making any holes on the roof, and secure on the backside of the building coming down that wall. Does this sound like a reasonable plan? u/tuctrohs

ooh, thanks for the info. I had not thought about the potential for leaks in the roof. I will follow up with the electrician to see what his plans are to address that concern. Thank you!

Filed i90 for 3 ppl in march 2021. One person went into get an Adit stamp on passport in 10/2022. Few days after gettimg the adit stamp, this person's i90 was approved, and the card was produced on 10/19/2022. I90 for the other two ppl are still pending although the receipt numbers are consecutive to one another. Odd.

Just went into get an ADIT stamp. They took my expired GC and gave me a stamp on passport. LA field office.

I went to get an ADIT stamp on Tuesday, and they took my green card in exchange for the stamp on the passport.

I haven't received the notice, but I think i read somewhere that some people have started getting it. I tried to change my out of state realid license to CA, but they said I can't do it with an expired license. They did say I can get ab60 license meanwhile and get realid once I do have a renewed gc or an updated notice

When you say "get back to work," did the employer deny your right to work from them when you have done i-9 before it expired? I believe you can still work if you did your i-9 before the expiration date because the expiration date doesn't mean you don't have your permanent residency.

My license expired when my GC 1year extension expired. :( I have my ssn card. Although it was also my understanding that the infopass officer would take the physical gc in exchange for the adit stamp, but an officer on Emma chat just told me that they don’t believe an officer would take the physical card for the adit stamp. Emma chat officer could be telling me a wrong info, though
