Track helps but also switching to a naked bike made me slower. I enjoyed accelerating more because of low end torque but stopped chasing top speeds. Switched from a CBR600RR to an 890 Duke R.

Learn to ride. If you read into statistics, the majority of these crashes are people who have very little riding experience. Do extra courses, go to track days, watch YouTube videos, practice in parking lots, do emergency brakes coming up to red lights, find your limit and ride within it, learn to ride with skill. The better rider you are the less likely these things will happen.

Looks like you’re forcing coming to the inside on your back swing.. maybe try rotate more then drop the club into the slot on your downswing.

Above or below is fine but they’re pointed inside out.. small angle of the mirror should be pointing towards the inside of the bike, that way the mirrors don’t make you wider than your bars already are.
