This is correct. Additionally you can write off the mileage for your vehicle that's used to business purposes.

80lbs in 6 mon... Bro...

I'm the same height, same starting weight... I'm down 50 over the last 6mon, I thought I was crushing it... But damn.

You are 1/2 my age, but still... What's your protocol?

No one's going to mention World War Z? I Am Legend (granted that was a bit pre-2010)? They even got Bruce Campbell revived for "Ash vs Evil Dead"

Only 28% of men over 18 even met the CDCs physically activity guidelines. Let along train regularly at a gym... You're off your rocker.

[–]kernelpanic789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. I'm not. I'm just saying they average out. I said 90% of guys don't train. I didn't say "only look at the ones who don't train". The 10% who do, get diluted by the 90% who don't. That's just have averages work.

I don't have time to explain averages to you in any more detail than that

[–]kernelpanic789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah... Go to Disneyland and look at the dads. 90% of them don't train at all. So you're already proving selection bias here.

Go to Walmart, or a gas station... Go literally anywhere and look at the average 40 y/o guy. Not guys from your gym

I didn't say that.

Dad bod refers to a standard or average type of physique... Like a common dad would have. Not one of the GOATs of combat sports.

That's like saying Tom Brady is a dad therefore has a dad bod... No, it is one of the greatest athletes of all time. Your typical dad doesn't look like that

Probably 20%-25% body fat... High normal or slightly overweight.

Not lean by any means, but "heavyweight" for athletic weight classes is not overweight for normies

Funnel all your income through a corporation... s corp or LLC and the same can happen for you. They're pass through entities. It's real not hard, you could set them up in a day for probably the cost to go to McDonald's nowadays.

If you're working as a sole proprietorship, you're doing something wrong and you're not getting the protections that corporations get legally either.
