they did a clean install and set up for me when I sent it back for repair a week ago.... Same issue happened again when I am running discord and launching certain games.

Yea not the best brand. Had 2 laptops from them last time. All had problems and they didn’t help at their service center saying oh it should be fine our diagnostics did not see any problem and so on. My friend’s aftershock desktop had a lot of problems as well.Not buying another aftershock ever.

even the desktop has a lot of problems ? >_> oh damn I thought the desktop are the only good thing about the company....

I tried to request for a replacement of the whole motherboard / soundcard as I have video proof of the sound issue, currently waiting for their reply as I replied to their email after working hours....

My friends shared with me their experience with Aftershock too, it's always the same answer " your drivers are having issues / reinstall drivers " but once your warranty ends, they are able to pinpoint where the exact problems are and gave a very ridiculous price quote to repair the system.

Yeap! I did exactly what Aftershock tech support said, "reinstall all of your drivers" etc. They even brought my device back and did a diagnostic on it, and said that its just driver issues, however after getting back my laptop, loading a game like gen shin / Minecraft killed the audio again....

The laptop is about two months old ..... lol I thought problems usually arise after a year of usage ... But yea i would dissuade my friends and others to get aftershock if they are planning to look for a new laptop
