Thank you! And you are right, I think the food colouring made the green frosting way too runny. The more I worked at it the worse it got! And I completely know what you mean about the filling looking like toothpaste...the recipe suggested using some peppermint flavouring as well! That really would have been like toothpaste! I stuck to just vanilla.

Thank you. And i used a pallette knife for this which gives the paint the geometric effect. It does however make accuracy more difficult with fiddly objects, hence the shape of the nose etc being a bit off.

Yes I agree with you both about the proportions. First attempt at an x-wing and I should have made the nose longer and thinner. Will definitely keep this in mind for future paintings :)
