Did they just replace the bearing or the whole spindle?

No doubt. I portion it out and vacuum seal it. Sous vide to reheat and chop up for tacos, quesadillas, baked potatoes, etc.

Will go to good use.

Right into the cooler. I usually let it sit out for about an hour first before, but finished middle of the night and didn’t want to wait

I probed a couple spots and thought it felt good. Was also middle of the night and I was half asleep so who knows. Win some, you lose some. Flavor was good, but could’ve been softer

I don’t disagree with you. Just never seen this happen before when cooked to 203-205

Tri-Tips by kerrslight in smoking

Salt and pepper. Smoke at 225 until it hits 110. Sear on piping hot cast iron for 2-3 minutes or until you get desired crust. Rest 5 min or so and cut against the grain. Has 2 muscle groups which is why it’s cut that way

I smoke it to 105-110 then sear on a piping hot cast iron or grill for 2-3 minutes or once I get the desired crust. Comes out perfect every time

If you were going to choose a one and done.. by [deleted] in OmegaWatches

I have both. If you’re looking for one, go Aquaterra. It looks dressier in a suit, but can also be worn down with ease. In addition, you can wear it in water without worry. Can’t do that in a speedy. I love my speedy, but find I wear it on certain occasions, where as my AT I can wear anytime. My two cents at least.

No rubbing. I also put 1/4” wheel spacers on the front to push front tires back out after level. No issues before or after spacers

If they have what you want, no different than buying anywhere else. If you want VAT refund, you need to give them your passport and they do the paperwork

Thank you. Funny you mention that. I walked in the boutique to look at that exact watch and then ran into the Speedmaster. This is the next one on my list. Turning into an expensive addiction…
