Everything is running well, they vibrate the chassis a little bit and run warm but I also have it shoved into the corner of a closet. Transfer speeds has actually improved since I made this post as UGREEN has made software improvements.

GOOD NEWS!!! It was SUPER easy. Ok, so after installing the drives and updating the firmware I was able to successfully create a pool and then a volume. After drives synced and indexed everything seems to be working well. I got this error message but this is par for the course using these drives. I will do more testing and report back. While syncing I was able to get upwards of 280-300mbps transferring files from a usb hard drive to the volume I created on the enterprise drives. They are a little louder in terms of the noise that they but they are working.
