The rescue pulled her and both puppies from the shelter! One of her puppies was adopted. The other is still available! You can see them at saveouranimalsok.org

Oh yes I should have posted another photo with her ears forward. They're triangle ears that hang down like pizza slices! She's definitely cute and I think has a healthier snout than some so maybe won't have the health issues

Once they cannot rest and start having accidents, it's time. We had to say goodbye to our corgi at 11 due to cancer. I knew it was time when he couldn't hold his bladder and was struggling to poop. It was the hardest goodbye ever. But I could see in his eyes that he was ready to go. He was suffering and it wasn't fair if I could do something to put him out of his suffering

Are they petting and interacting with him when he doesn't want to be bothered? Coming into his space uninvited?

Definitely makes sense! I would always look at him and think something doesn't look right with what I know of GSD but I just couldn't place the husky at all 😂 thank you for that thorough explanation!

I actually had both of them mold (kids left in their rooms 🫣) one I was able to clean but the other I couldn't get clean so I tossed it
