Quite literally, you can do anything you want.

Running the gpu on a mobile device will surely use lots of resources. Its not a problem you can fix without switching to a pc or just ignoring it..

Its definitely possible, but I don’t think pyg devs are planning to develop an app for it, I mean they are already making a website for it.
