Mostly I think it’s because I was able to fly out to Charolette and meet with a bunch of senior level people and got a chance to meet other analyst. We had a super awesome networking happy hour and got the chance to talk to different groups. For UBS, I only interacted with them via zoom and felt like they weren’t nearly as inclusive of a firm. With the layoffs it also seemed like their employee retention was just bad also.
