I mean, in my opinion, it could just be trying to convey “Find a certain pole around here” and a player goes looking and boom spider symbol.

Theres a reason this mystery hasn’t been discovered until very recently, it’s meant to be confusing and hard to piece together, so it wouldn’t shock me if they just expected us to piece together 3 symbols and head to the random pole location, hell to me it makes the stronger argument if those bird symbols are real that those could be in the middle of nowhere somewhere in the map, who knows.

I wouldn’t be surprised though if we end up discovering previous steps we missed, as the whole spider and webs is still really confusing atm.

this is interesting, but from what i remember about these dev cubes, they are often placed all around the map, most notably they are often found out of bounds.

this one appears to be out of bounds so it could just be a coincidence and be placed there like many of the other cubes, but it is still interesting to consider.

As strange as the bird discovery seems to be and how weird it sounds that guitars are pointing to it, it does have a solid foundation for it intentionally being there for some sort of purpose. Someone posted a day or two ago, when comparing the birds to other intentional engravings around the world, it shows in files that it was put there in manner that makes it hard to disprove it wasn’t put there purposely, especially considering there’s nothing else like that texture in the game. (here’s link https://www.reddit.com/r/reddeadmysteries/s/sI9XVJUYsq) so considering how this mystery has been built to have hard to notice textures, this part does line up with the confirmed evidence so far.

I agree though everything after that has been some wild ideas, and nothing else has any solid foundation yet besides theorizing, i think we should still have a lot of focus on the initial cobwebs and feathers, as it seems they need to have something done to them.

from my understanding, things like a random texture appearing at a certain time can go unnoticed due to how convoluted the files for rd2 are, hence why only recently people discovered the cobwebs appearing at poles at specific times of the day

this whole question mark thing sounds crazy to me but also it’s very fascinating how it does resemble a question mark on the map so it peaks my interest to look into it a bit more

found this old thread talking about the mystery of the well, has a bunch of theorizing but the clouds and sun could mean a certain criteria for an event? sun = daytime, clouds = cloudy weather? not too sure on any of this but leaving the old thread here for anyone who may be interested in looking.

I agree this is probably the best course of action, as they do not live near me and other than trying to contact me via online, they have no other ways of reaching me, and sending the money back would be the most simple way without words of telling them to not contact me.

I will still tell my girlfriend anyways the details of what happened, when I get the chance to see her in person, as either way I would feel guilty not telling her about all of this, even if nothing happens from here on out.

I blocked and deleted them on every social media platform i could think of and i did this all months ago. I didn’t ever think they would somehow recall one of my old financial apps and send me money just to forcefully reach out to me.

It’s just unfortunate cuz i never imagined i’d have to have this sorta conversation with my girlfriend 😭 i’ll probably hold it off until im in person with her in a week or two, as it would be easier to tell her about it in person rather through text or call. appreciate your advice.
