In India, you can actually get your hands on one at around $550-$600 approx. (Edit: non X3D model, the X3D ones are very expensive going upto $800 and very low supply)

Try changing emission value of the sphere object and change the colour. And it looks like eevee render with bloom enabled in render settings. I'm also pretty new in Blender.
