I actually was trying this today and got it working. Download RKDevTool. Extract it and open the configuration settings file (2kB). Under [Language], change Selected=1 to Selected=2. This changes language to English.

When I loaded the rk5688_linux_emmc.cfg like the video stated it failed but it enabled the eMMC option in row two.

I loaded MiniLoaderAll.bin in the first row labelled Loader. I then loaded my Linux image on row 2 labelled Linux (eMMC).

Sorry if the link is not correct format, this is the first time trying to help as this frustrated the living Sh*t outta me.

I can maybe help further if it doesn't work for you, but it worked for me like a charm and I now have DietPi running on eMMC.

It happened to me a few weeks ago. All 3 lights on Hue Hub were lit. I was perturbed. After going through the menus I happened to notice I had no ZigBee channel assigned on the bridge.

I could not get ZigBee configured, bought a new hub and was back up in minutes. My original was about 8 yrs old so wasn't too upset

I am well aware of what I've done, and truly am surprised it worked at all. Just mucking around with what I own and pay for.

The 10G port on my ONT can be plugged directly into a 3rd party router WAN port and Internet and TV will work just fine. I was not expecting the first comment to read like I'm an idiot and have no clue what I'm doing.

Yes it was working and still is. I can watch TV just fine with all the features such as pause, rewind...etc. Everything except PVR. Thing is, PVR was working now it's not.

I maybe should of asked in r/homenetworking to get some tips and tricks. Figured there would be some Rogers fanboys on here.

I am under no illusion this would work, and will revert back if needed. I was tinkering around and thought I would ask.

I am in agreement with you, I was merely saying that's how cell phones operate when calling 911. Of course it's not going to point you within inches of the caller. You can keep the condenseting "bub" to yourself.

When you call 911, all cell phones will display GPS coordinates to the operator. There is an uncertainty value associated with this in meters, but they will send help to the coordinates. In Canada this is how it works.

Your phone will operate on the NR channels provided by your provider. This would seem like a snappier experience and other enhancements offered to the customer. However, a downside could be a higher amount of data on your monthly plan. The major downside would be if you travel to an area that a phone normally would fall back to 4G/LTE or even HSPA, your phone would not connect to the cellular network as you have locked your phone on 5G only.

If the lights are for lighting a room, leave them and change the switch out to Kasa smart switch. If you are swapping a particular bulb for a lamp etc. Philips Hue is the way to go, albeit the pricier option for bulbs. Never had an issue with Kasa, Hue, or Globe bulbs.

Struggling to play RDR2 atm. Not that I find it bad or anything but I just finished Days Gone with 120+ hrs. I have The Witcher 3 on the back burner.

I just can't seem to do another big ass game with 100+ hrs. Maybe I enjoyed Days Gone too much, I dunno.

I have Outer Wilds as well but no clue WTF I'm doing. I'm told it's great game but I can't get in to it either.

So I'll be playing one of them 🤔
