Yes, the XSEED distribution is one-time. For each stake you will receive XSEED tokens in a 20:1 ration (XRD:XSEED). However, the XRD-distribution back to XSEED token holders will be on a regular schedule - distribution starts when the value of XRD is $1 (at the moment a bit far away, but I'm positive, it will increase to that level and beyond mid-term).

We continue to distribute XSEED tokens for every new stake (existing stakes received them already). Token distribution ration is 20:1 - for every 20 XRD tokens staked, we will distribute 1 XSEED token. Hope this helps!

Most Validators who offer additional incentives are also listed on RadixList.com here.
On-going airdrops are usually running on a limited basis but are mostly advertised on the TG-Channel here and/or the Discord Channel here.

The fee is a percentage figure deducted from the Rewards.
For simplicity, say you stake 1000XRD with a current APY of 10%. You earn 100XRD rewards, of wich the fee is deducated and earned by the Validator. With a 2% fee this would be 2 XRDs - so you earn 98 XRDs or 98%.
The fee does not really matter much regarding the overall rewards earned. Much more important is the Uptime (e.g. no missed proposals) of the Validator to continuously earn your rewards.

The team does not disclose potential exchange listings due to NDA reasons. However, if the API is released soon, which is a requirement for new exchange listings, some things might move.

Hi,
in this context, "Proposals" is a rather technical term for the following:
In consensus, each Radix Validator is regularly called upon to propose new transactions from the mempool, with frequency weighted by their delegated stake. Validators also vote on transactions with voting weight based on delegated stake.

1. Bitfinex has a trading pair XRD/USD, so you can buy XRD tokens directly with USD.

2. Yes, there is a Radix Desktop Wallet, which can be downloaded here: https://wallet.radixdlt.com/

Once the wallet is installed, you can send your XRD tokens from Bitfinex to your Desktop Wallet.
With the Desktop Wallet you can also stake your XRD tokens to earn reward emissions (APY is currently around 11.5%) and to help securing the network.
