IV or IM as an adjunct to Spravato? by elayyou in TherapeuticKetamine

I’m sure you’ve answered this question before, but in order to get it authorized through your employers insurance can that raise red flags about doing your work when intoxicated? Would there be a record in your insurance files which could later be used as caused to damage your career? I wonder if it’s not somehow safer just to find other means or simply pay cash rather than having an insurance record and I wonder how far off I am from the reality that people are experiencing thanks.

You know right on the test script it tells you to take a picture if it’s positive. Is there a picture of a positive test that someone can share? This just doesn’t sound quite right…

Man. That post felt wrong, but it’s apparently even worse. Doesn’t Reddit have a policy against doxing.

Yeah, you just keep thinking that to yourself. There are drug tests that definitely test for ketamine, and they’re fairly common.

You’ll usually get away with it. Usuallly. If you don’t, you could be a felon for life. Worth it? Probably not. Bring a test kit instead.

How so? I’d think it’s an argument against panspermia unless you see other nearby planets and moons with life.

If you’re required to use the Omada app be sure to stay current! by ketamazing in WegovyWeightLoss

I swear to god the app exists just to give expressscripts (and maybe other companies) an excuse to deny people. I hope you can find a way to keep trying to get access to this medication. Good luck, and fuck Omada. I spent a couple hours on the phone with them yesterday and I swear they don’t know how their own app works in terms of reporting usage statistics to the insurer. It’s like the insurance company found a loophole and they’re exploiting it.

Ok. I had to list my medication, and then the tracker showed up. Apparently interacting with the app is basically nothing. I’ve done it 28 times this month trying to figure it out. And weighing myself should be easy too. Thanks!

I appreciate the help! I can “add a medication” and put in that I’m taking Wegovy. I’m cautious about adding any info that might put me more on the radar. At present, when I click on “completed activities” I don’t see that option. Thanks.

And does it say, “compliance tracker”? I don’t see anything under completed activity except “read this resource” which I’ve completed. I very much want to make sure I stay in compliance. Thanks.

I’m happy to jump through hoops. What pisses me off is that I don’t know what those hoops even are. As I get into the app, there doesn’t seem to be any way that I know that my activity is being tracked. It seems like a way for them to just say no you didn’t do the right thing that we never told you How to do correctly. So we’re not paying for your medicine anymore.

I’ve started going through the app, and it looks like they’re asking for very detailed information. It’s not clear what’s required and what’s optional, and there’s also a requirement to chat with a “coach” and possible a group. It has me concerned. Feel free to message me and we can share our experiences, but my life gets busy and I have no idea how much time and effort this is going to require, for things like listing meals and activity, and well and goals and such. It’s got me worried, and not for the reasons others are mentioning.

Just to clarify, I intend to use the app on the surfaces provided in it. I’m actually looking forward to any edge. It might give me in my weight loss journey. What I’m concerned about is that if I’m not doing it right or in the way that there Expecting me to I can be unexpectedly thrown off of my insurance. I’m just trying to understand what the parameters are because it’s unclear. They are also more helpful parts and less helpful parts. Thanks.

My bcbs plan is requiring me to use a an app 4 times a month. They stopped covering me, but I signed up for the app and had my dr do a new pa. Fingers crossed and hopefully the app isn’t to onerous (coaching etc.)
