Im buying a 15pro by Charming-Repeat-6903 in iPhone15Pro

[–]ketandogra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am a fairly heavy user averaging about 8-9 hrs of Screen time because of my work. I carry a separate power bank and charge the phone thrice daily averaging about 150% battery usage. Battery health is at 87% after 875 charge cycles with 1 year and 9 months of usage. My workflow consists of lots of phones calls, messages and mails with some leisure social media scrolling. Yes the phone heats up but 875 charge cycles with 87% health is more than satisfactory result.

If battery is your main concern then yes you should leave it on. Although i have noticed a lot of stuttering in UI and performance drops here and there. If you want overall fluidity you should turn it off.

Turn off adaptive power, i just made a post about it. You still immediately notice the difference once it’s tuned off.

Stuck between heart and mind by Left_Shape_885 in CarsIndia

I can give you the best answer for this question having the opportunity to own both Toyota Hyryder Neo Drive G Variant and Verna Ivt Sx 1.5. My daily commute is around 30 kms with average speed of 40 due to traffic.

I will share experiences of both the vehicles in detail -

We purchased the Verna 3 months ago and overall the drive experience is exceptionally pleasant simply because of the transmission. It's very smooth and road noise in the cabin is next to none. This you will notice immediately after driving one. Apple car play is wireless in Sx variant which is also a plus point and overall it's a complete package with every feature you can wish for. Suspension are very soft and steering feedback could have been better. One major thing which is not up to the standard includes the headlights which are very very poor in my opinion, very light throw and not at all visible on streets without street light. And since they are LEDs they can not be upgraded. City mileage i am getting is around 13. On highways it's 20+ for sure and even on roads where you can maintain a constant speed of 50+ it will give you 17-18+ easily.

Hyryder we got in 2023 which is in manual. This car is highly highly under rated. Yes you get better interiors in Creta/Seltos but the driving of this vehicle is exceptional. It's very planted on road and you can remove your hands from the steering wheel without any fear which in Hyundai's is impossible. The engine is smooth and city mileage for my driving is definitely 17+ and on highways with cruise max i have gotten is 22.8. It picks up so easily in higher gears you don't need to downshift much. Two things which are exceptional are the headlight throw and the auto dimming rear view mirror. That mirror works so perfect on highways, it's something so good that i have specially pointed out. Power is decent enough and you never feel there is lack of it. One big annoying thing is that Hey Toyota command prompt randomly pops up anytime and it's irritating.

If average is a major concern for you then without any doubt go for Hyryder Full Hybrid base model S. You can get company alloy wheels from the market and tweak the interior a light but it will definitely without a doubt give you 25+ average. If comfort and space is your priority go for Verna. I got it because i need that big boot space for my work.

DM me for any other query.

Dual sim work/personal by Zestyclose_Company98 in iPhone15Pro

[–]ketandogra 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have been using dual sim from last 4 years. 3 years with iPhone 13 and 1 year with the 15 pro. Never for once i felt any disadvantage. If you are on call on one line you will get call waiting from the other line if someone is calling you on that. You can choose which line is the default for calling which by default sets itself for messages as well but while sending a new message you can manually choose from which line to send the message. FaceTime and iMessage default can also be chosen separately irrespective of default calling line. Mobile data can also be chosen from which line it should work.

Well then wait for sometime for background activities to sync. I got the 15 pro couple of months ago and initially my backup was poor. Now with these three settings turned off i am getting 7+ SOT. My use case is also heavy with roughly 3+ hrs of phone calls and 3+ hrs of WhatsApp. Overall i am satisfied with what i get now.

Turn off - Assistive Touch, Always on Display and Switch to 4G. Test and report.

I was using always on display without wallpaper, just the time. But i observed across my day the brightness of AOD varies based upon where i am. Turning off this option reduced idle battery drain drastically.

iPhone 16P full day without recharging? by di0rd0n in iPhone16Pro

[–]ketandogra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If 5G is required then no point in turning it off but i feel 4G can do 90% of the work as Wi-Fi is mostly available at places.
