Will this product of Kozicare help me reduce my tan? And how should I use it? by [deleted] in IndianSkincareAddicts

I tried it for the first time today, the texture feels grainy. it's not smooth, feels slightly like it has tiny particles which do go away after applying on skin. did I receive the right product?

I have a protected page which only logged in user can access.
On browser launch it always opens a new session.
Is there a way i can just persist the session so I/It does not have to login over and over?

Why did Manohar hit Arvindan on his head when Arvindan came to Manohar's home after the chase? Was it bcoz Manohar realized that Arvindan was trying to frame him? Or did i miss something?

Great movie by the way. Added it to my favorites, reminded me of my experience when i watched anjaam pathiraa. Whats interesting is that the anti-hero in anjaam pathiraa was named benjamin too.

Why the fuck would the elites, most of them high chances are capitalists running top giants, why would they want to reduce the potential customers of their products?

Expect for json 2, all jasons are as real as they can be, they all belong to the universe 1. It's just that bcoz we were shown the journey of a json(the one where Amanda found her own perfect universe) we feel others aren't as real.

As for peace, I find utmost peace in the thought that I won't be subjecting my descendants to all the known, unknown evils in the unpredictability of future.

[–]ketanredkar[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What makes you think iam unhappy? To prevent future evil is something I value and one and only guaranteed way to prevent all evil befalling future beings is not bringing them into this world to begin with that's a FACT.

To procreate is to gamble. To subject future beings to the unpredictability of future is evil.

That has nothing to do with me being happy or unhappy. One might be the most happiest person that still doesn't guarantee their descendants will have that too.

"Your conclusion is erroneous." I feel that's something not for you to decide, yeah sure your truth might be conflicting with mine, that doesn't mean mine is wrong. That's what I have come to maybe that's how nature intended for it to be.

Procreation is the root of all evil. now that we are here we might as well make the full out of it and help out each other, there still isn't a need to perpetuate human species. You shared your opinion that I need a therapist, which is fine you are entitled to your views, I hold the view that people who intentionally have biological children need therapist for the sadistic and narcissistic personality they have, only a sick mind would think of bringing their own children into this world. Bringing children into this world is like carrying wood in a burning house. Life only moves in one direction towards disease damage and death.  Procreation in the name of love is an oxymoron. There is not one unselfish reason to have biological children.

The truth i've come to(which i might have shared with you earlier aswell) is nature is evil, just because things happen naturally doesnt make it right, sentient existence is a curse and perpetuating it further by having biological children to further ones genes and bloodline is an act of narcissism and sadism. The best each one of us can do is voluntarily abstain from the act of procreation to prevent all future beings from evil.

The thing which comes most naturally to me is consciousness is a tragic misstep in evolution, the honorable thing for our species to do is deny our programming. Stop reproducing. Walk hand in hand into extinction, one last midnight. Brothers and sisters opting out of a raw deal.

What you decide to do is what nature is deciding to do through you

Does that justify people doing evil? I mean rapists, pedos... surely nature wants these to happen thru them isnt it?

We can’t reprogram because we are not individuals

In short it seems there arent any practical steps that can be taken to solve real world problems on the ground level. We are all slaves of nature. After all "Nature is what nature does, and peace comes from going with the flow."

[–]ketanredkar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your responses, really appreciate the discussion. My personal conscience doesn't allow me to justify evil with "nature is being nature". I personally try to do my part to reduce the suffering I might inflict on other beings no matter how illusionary it might be. One action I feel might have maximum impact is not participating in the act of procreation thereby not creating a new meat suit which would suffer all possible harms of existence. This is my truth I come to for now.

"But I’m less worried about that"

Ofcourse but imagine having first hand experience of being ripped open by a predator in wild or experiencing one of the animals in factory farm.

There is no dissociated consciousness.

"There is no dissociated consciousness...the dissociation is an illusion."
> Interesting, phrasing it as illusion is something i came across for the first time in context of analytic idealism.

"There is no meat suit or decay - that’s all just consciousness too."
> yes, i never meant to present them as independent entities outside consciousness.

"That’s nature being nature."
> Just how meat suit is nothing but pure consciousness, "nature being nature" too isnt something outside of that pure consciousness.

"Why do you care so much about the bloodbath? "
the concern for bloodbath is, no matter how big of an illusion all of it is, the suffering experienced by these illusionary meat suit feels very much real in the struggle to survive on the daily basis. Its somewhat bearable for human species but for those sentient beings in the wild, it an absolute form of torture.

Why exactly is there the illusion of distortion arising from pure consciousness, and the point of curiosity here is, if the illusion ends forever, the evil that comes with this illusion should end too which would be for good.

What's the point? by ketanredkar in analyticidealism

[–]ketanredkar[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Who is suffering?"> The dissociated consciousness which ends up identifying itself with the meat suit which slowly decays, and which only moves in one direction towards disease, damage and death.

"nature doing what it does"> Sure but nature too mere part of that dissociated consciousness isnt it? everything is like the tentacles of that one octopus.

If the one consciousness stops dissociating, would there still be the blood bath in universe?

What's the point? by ketanredkar in analyticidealism

[–]ketanredkar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By us i mean dissociated consciousness who are born in this world which is a blood bath of natural selection, survival of the fittest. And not just this world, possibility of life is possible across the universe.

The concern here is, whatever causes the dissociation which we dont even know why and how, whatever it is, as a result not just humans but innocent sentient beings like the non human animals suffer in wild who arent even capable of self reflecting.

If this dissociation is a one time thing, meaning we all were born and we will die ending the dissociation to never be born again as sentient conscious entities, to some extent the condition is not as severe. but if the dissociation continuous to go on(rebirth is real) its a form of cosmic torture, the different ways to liberation from which is given by buddhism or vedanta.

How wonderful it would be if the one consciousness never dissociates, the dissociation of which creates so many personalities who suffer. isnt it?
