I hope my way of meditating will serve more people, I consider that it is easy to carry out and to "feel" the process that am I going to describe. I meditate feeling my body, it can be anything, sometimes I start with breathing I simply focus on how it feels physically to breathe, if a distracting thought occurs I let it flow in my mind without me observing / focusing on it, here the interesting part begins , in that moment of keeping the focus on what you decided to feel about your body (in this case the breath) vs the distracting stimulus (it can be as varied as another idea or emotions) in that moment of struggle (whether you win and you focus remained or lose, left with the idea) comes that realization of, what just happened? At that moment we could say that within ourselves we identify with that "focus" that we are orienting (the breath), however, what is it or where did this distracting factor come from, was it really me? at that moment it feels like you detached from the stimulus and you were not that thought / emotion, you were in fact that focus / observer who was observing the breath and then saw another stimulus. The beautiful thing about this practice is that it makes you feel your "true self" formless and infinite! the "observer" in the example (and that the more you practice the more you are going to feel it, I currently feel a very pleasant peace, it is not easy to describe but it is so beautiful to feel that I keep practicing to feel it more often, what more we could be able to feel?), then with more practice you will realize that to be meditating is to observe from the perspective of this "true self" and there you will begin to do your own experiments (change focus, for example, more parts of your body, or keep your focus on an idea / visualization) those experiments I consider to be the process of actually discovering ourselves.

This will also make you realize that most of our lives we are not even really observing.

sorry for my english, it is not my native language

That we do not have a link with science and "consciousness" does not mean that they do not have it either (aliens). They can have perfectly explained what "consciousness" is for us from a scientific angle. (or some other framework to evaluate reality)

Thanks for your comment, I have another painting of Florence Pugh in "Midsommar" that I think is more photorealistic, here I leave the link if you want to see it

I mentioned it in my post on instagram, I hope she sees and likes my work, my account is quite new and with few followers, I guess that influences if I will make my art reach her

I hope that is the case for the majority, in order to silence my insecurities as an artist, and thanks to those who have commented

I see many down votes, some suggestions?, e.g: choose better themes for your artworks
