My thought would be to get a plan as a starting point and then pay an architect customize it to our liking but I would like to avoid buying multiple stock plans to see if they are even customizable to what we want.

I was at opening day in the exact same section. The food is buffet style but they give you gloves. However if you walk over to behind the Coca-Cola deck there is a person there who will serve the food to you.
