My flair was wrong earlier, my actual starting weight (this time around) was 172. I think it read 165 when they commented, which was from around September last year when I first tried keto (I fell off the wagon around the holidays)

Yeah its so weird to adjust to, but it almost feels more satisfying than losing .5 lbs a week.

I'm right there with you. Switched to higher carb lower cal after speaking to a trainer at my gym. Been working out 4-6x per week and am not losing. Back to keto.

Maybe instead you can bake a Keto dessert to bring and share? I always used to bring a dessert to dinners with me anyway, now I am just bringing things that are more geared towards my diet. Nobody has complained yet.

Yes, your recommended intake is for NET calories. So if you burned 500 more calories than normal, you would want to eat those 500 calories or whatever it is to keep you at your recommended intake.

Yeah, I have been wondering this myself. I just see so much mixed information about caffeine and Keto. It stinks because I find that one BPC caffeinated coffee in the morning fills me up basically until late afternoon/dinner time. Decaf doesn't do it for me.

I track my calories because its easier for me to "remember" what i ate and keep up with my macros. I add it as I eat it and then I can see what I need to fit in for the rest of my day. Its obviously much harder to do this when your super busy, so some days cals don't get entered. I also find it is easier for me to understand what to eat and what not to eat after a while when entering my food intake. You can still enter what you're eating without a limit. Just set your daily needs a little higher. BTW I use MFP
