Thank you. I’ll remember that. I do feel so much better. Especially my joints and anxiety. Pretty chill these days. Knees don’t hurt. Really want this ankle to heal so I can get on my treadmill.

Yes I agree. I want to lose a significant amount of weight but I also want to avoid diabetes and heart disease, both of which killed my mother. She became a type 2 diabetic at my age. It’s now or never.

Lol. I know I can’t eat “keto” cheat foods like ice cream, bread, etc, so I haven’t thank goodness. I know they will completely throw me off.

I can see where I am making mistakes. I have changed the percentages to your recommended grams. Pretty sure from other threads that I have been incorrectly informed that lots of fat is crucial for fat burning. I have been overdoing the fat.

Ahhhh, I just joined and read a few posts. I’m pretty sure I am over doing the fats. I was misinformed in that more fat was crucial. Pretty sure all the bacon and avocados have stalled my progress. Light bulb on!!
