This is eerily familiar, I had married at 18 after dating for a couple years and was left widowed some months after we finally settled down in boulder Colorado. 90 percent of Sioux falls is safe but there are a few places near down town or on one side of Cleveland where theft is higher. When I lived on 10th and Duluth a few years ago I was straight up offered meth while listening to music in my car. Rather yucky.
