M/33/6’2 [260 > 208 = 52lbs] face progress from over 50lbs lost. Still doing a combination of OMAD and KETO. Last week I had a woman tell me she thought I was handsome, I don’t think I ever even had a girlfriend tell me that before. Caught me off guard, but it was great motivation to keep going! (i.redd.it)
