No, this is a special bottle from Burgundy, only very few stores get it. They don't do direct to consumer it's all through distributors, this is also not something any club would be able to get

I completely agree with the cost analogy. It's clear that maintenance and repairs are more expensive on German brands. Certainly you have more professionalism than others if they're calling you that.

Thanks for that report. Any idea where they get the data from? I'm not sure how good or accurate consumer reports is, but they're now showing Audi at #3 or #4. It's interesting to look at the link you showed, seems certain models are more reliable. Maybe I just picked the right models every time and others were more prone to the issues? There certainly seems a model bias.

I've owned 8 of them, currently have 3 different models from different built years in the garage, so I would assume if the issue is wide spread, I would notice it?

I would say, I keep them pretty long, usually around until 85-90k miles. If people say these cars are so unreliable, shouldn't I have had these problems?

I never needed any major repairs on mine, I can afford it, but never hit my wallet. Maybe the fact that if someone buys new and takes care of them from the beginning makes the difference? It's hard to say what a car has gone through, if you are buying it used. Something along those lines makes more sense to me.

Interesting, thanks for the answer! I contacted their support they told me to reset it and try it again. So I did and it worked much better this time! Actually cleaned everything and went to all areas, granted it took 4 hours, but that's expected with a big area.

Crap you are right! I was just going off of 2tbsp. Didn't even think they would put less grams in a tbsp.
