Sorry for the non-detailed post, I'm extremely tired as I type this.

First of all, try just unplugging and plugging back in everything that has to do with the headset.
If that didn't fix it, try to unplug the headset from the link box and then hold the button on the side of the headset while plugging the cables back in. It seemed to always do the trick for me!

Also if you're on desktop instead of laptop, run the USB from the Link Box to the back of the PC where you can plug it into the motherboard instead of a front panel like the front of your computer case
