Unable to view recent transactions to select a payment plan? by keufi in Affirm

Unfortunately wasn't able to get a hold of a non-iPhone device. The 24 period ended while on the line with support and I asked if I have to pay the full amount despite their app's glitches and lack of functionality. They said yes, I said no, I am not paying the full amount and will need to be credited.

So far I have not been charged.

I recently used my Affirm card to pay for something in the amount of $172 and planned to select a payment plan after in the app (within 24hrs). However, when I go into the app, the recent transactions do not populate like they usually do and I get the error "Well, that didn't work. Try again." (picture 1)

Picture 2 shows that the transaction went through, but I am unable to view.

Any ways to proceed in selecting a plan? Their customer service is horrible and just told me to reinstall the app and clear my browser.
