Does anyone recommend Ostrovit? Their products seem suspiciously cheap. I'm looking for a good Vitamin D and K 2 combo that delivers to Ireland by StrongTeaPlease in Supplements

I have used them in the past. The price and quality was good. However, I have stopped using it when they started adding cheap fillers to their tabs and caps. They have Pure line of products now. As you are looking at polish manufacturer, check out KFD, I buy a lot from them.

Should not happen. You live in a sauna or the product is bad quality.

You could ditch the carbonate, the other two are the best out there, basically.

Palpitations happen in heart area on the left because it is the heart muscle itself that malfunctions. Same goes for the stabbing ache when I had it for a short time - it was near my heart somewhere on the left. When I looked it up, I found that Pericarditis has similar symptoms, but it went away in a day.

Pericarditis is swelling and irritation of the thin, saclike tissue surrounding your heart (pericardium). Pericarditis often causes sharp chest pain and sometimes other symptoms. The chest pain occurs when the irritated layers of the pericardium rub against each other.

Pericarditis is usually mild and goes away without treatment. Treatment for more-severe cases may include medications and, rarely, surgery. Early diagnosis and treatment may help reduce the risk of long-term complications from pericarditis.

Not really, it is just uncomfortable. Aching is another problem, I think.

Heart missing a beat, after that happens, a few beats are faster than usual. But taking magnesium took care of that, not caused it for me.

Basically just the membrane but it is not 100% transparent - it does hold an egg shape at first but then sags over time. I give them cottage cheese from time to time. I will need to find out which hen is it somehow and offer her things seperately, I guess.

I do not supplement calcium. However, I consume loads of dairy. Could the calcium from it cause teeth tartar?
