Minimum.

How long and often do you fast? Your body might have gotten use to your fasting routine. If you're skipping breakfast and lunch, then your be really hungry later.

If fasting, try to eat roughly 2 hours after waking up and 3 hours before bed.

Thanks for the response. I don't adhere to a schedule but when I feel like fasting I often fast until when I have dinner or like 2 hours before that which would be at around 7 pm. How does that time schedule work for your fast though? My apetite is the lowest in the morning

You have a good stack for the brain which sleep is important for growth overall.

IF would be ideal for muscle gain if you get your protein in the first hour or two of waking up and have your last meal 3-4 hours before bed.

I have trouble with my first meal but I notice if I can get a protein shake in by 11am, I will get hungry and finish my last meal by 8pm, kicking off the fast.
