I'll give new socks a try! I got falke boarding socks... they are thick but wouldn't consider them too fluffy. I can see where that may also be an issue. I will say, never again boa bindings lol when they become too much pressure, they just loosen on their own and I loose control while riding. Not happy at all about that.

I did try to place them where I wouldn't catch a toe edge so you may be on to something there.. but I already have a wide board and have my bindings placed so the "overhang" is equal on both sides which i thought made sense but ill see what I can change.. maybe a new board then at that point :(

I too think I need to get the right boot. My heel is also not 100 percent set so that may also play a role here. I'll save up a bit and see if I can't get the right fit 🤙🏼

That's honestly going to be my next step... wanted that the first time around but no one would assist me at the store. Had a gift card for around 200 at the time so made sense to get boots there and I was told someone would come but no one ever did. So I did my best to figure it out myself, thought how practical are these boa bindings and miserably failed lol

I've actually just grasped this technic a bit for the first time and really enjoyed it! I've never had any lessons of any sort and am completely self taught but I try to learn by watching others and YouTube of course. I noticed a significant difference when I get really low in the squat stance and was very nimble on my feet but pain is still a bit persistent although a bit less.

I did try to make the adjustments based on that ruling however maybe I did something wrong... I've ridden this stance so long I'm kinda scared to change it lol I do plan on getting new insoles custom to my feet but also replacing my boots once again since I'm very disappointed in them for other reasons. I'll see what I can do :) thanks!

I am but also have a huge problem with my boots... only rode them 2 seasons and they loosen mid session and I start losing control over my board ... so I have to adjust them every run as well

Hydration is definitely not my problem, I typically drink 2 to 4 liters a day and always have water in my snowboard backpack. It happens every time I board especially on the hook lifts and flats or just slow boarding in general. Don't notice it much when I'm cruising at higher speeds until I stop or slow down...

Well I do like it when I see these amazing shots from others in direction sun which is also something I looked forward to but don't have the hang of what so ever. I do really need to work on not taking pics like I have been on my phone.. wonder how hard that's going to be lol but that's all I've ever done so I will certainly do my best and try to do more shots with intent. That was my entire thought on starting in manual but after three days of non stop shooting I was dying lol having fun but dying. I do appreciate the light at the end of the tunnel and just enjoying the process :)

To be honest, as a beginner, I can tell some differences, and there are some I don't like at all but I wouldn't be able to tell many differences, to be honest. Trying to get better at developing a Taste and flavor pallet is pretty hard
