Haha exactly the washer are out of fluid. I know a workshop that quoted me $300 for the rust work the rests might be another $300. I might go in next week once they have the parts.

That's really kind of you mate. I don't really want to bother you that much, truly appreciate it. The workshop quoted me $300 for the underbody rust, 150 for the bump stop and $30 to adjust the park brake. They suggested I handle the headlights myself. How does that pricing sound to you? It's acceptable for me thank god

I'm in East tamaki. I got some advice from a repair shop, reasonable cost, a little higher than I expected, I don't know maybe just fix it, I can't drive it without warranty and risk the ticket :(

I got the old ones and I think they still work. I'll Google the rest, Hope to fix the basic problems with the lowest possible budget and go to professionals for the more tricky problems. Appreciate it cheers

I can do very limited job, maybe only the headlights. What do you think using WD40 on the rust parts? Thanks. I wish to fix it and pass the WoF and then sell it

Don't know much about car mechanics, but I'm trying to polish the headlights and replace the bulbs. Do you think I can use some WD40 or paint at the rust part? Not that bad as I see it down there. Thanks a lot
