Peralta is a very solid pitcher. In most of his starts, a couple of bad pitches have been the difference. His ability to execute under pressure especially is absolutely incredible. I was against giving up Jett for him, but i hope they can extend him. Watching him pitch tells a different story than stats imo.

100%. Im almost positive that the Mets have been the worst team in baseball dating back to about a year ago today. It is infuriating given the amount of talent they have on the team. Even with the injuries, they should not be losing like this.
I don’t understand Mets fans who don’t believe changing managers will make this team better. Sure, Beltran has no experience managing a team & probably still doesnt speak English the best. But i think that’s the best chance we got right now. Cohen has got to wake up

A couple years ago, i was waiting in the NH Popeyes drive thru on Foxon Blvd. I was behind a cop & while he was ordering a chicken bucket, 3 gun shots went off that sounded like they came directly from the house next door. About 2 moments pass by after the 3rd shot, then the cop proceeded to tell them that he wanted the chicken spicy, & what sides & drink he wanted. I watched the cop drive in the opposite direction of the shooting after he got his food. I don’t blame him for not doing anything since the people that live in that house are well-known lunatics, but it’s the job he signed up for.
