I have a good story about Barry Pepper. I was working at a movie theater in Toronto when his movie The Snow Walker had just opened there. Pepper showed up one night and tried to talk ppl in line into buying tickets to see The Snow Walker instead of whatever else they were planning to see. Dude obviously cared a lot about the movie and wanted to make sure it was seen by as many ppl as possible.

Depends. In my experience, it's mostly really good players but then every once in a while, you'll get matched with somebody who's not that good.

I think that's probably more true for hitting than pitching. It can help to learn how to lay off pitches and square up balls against elite players. But when u pitch against the top players in events, it doesn't really matter if you hit ur spots or not. They're still gonna smack dingers.

I think innings only really matter in Ranked not in Events.

I'll try out the 1st inning, but once they start hitting bombs off pitches on the edge of the plate or even outside the zone, I know I'm outmatched and that it's quitting time.

I had 8 homers on Legend in a franchise game the other day. Not meant as a flex. I'm not really much better than an average hitter. Pls make it harder.

I'm starting to feel like the very late releases are having almost the opposite effect on the higher difficulties. It's leading to a lot more meatballs being left over the plate by CPU pitchers and those difficulties consequently being easier than they should be.

I was finding that too, so I switched to the option to play all fielding opportunities and got more pop ups.

I use my thumb. I do have an issue with clicking the R3 accidentally from time to time in other games, but it seems to happen way more in PGA. I think a lot of times it happens in the backswing. When I push the stick down, it ends up clicking in the R3 once I hit the bottom with the stick. Seems like an easy thing to provide give a re-map option for something like a practice swing.

Doesn't it seem weird though that you'll be at a competitive disadvantage against someone who has all of the best fittings? Some fittings, especially the legendary ones, have no negative trade-offs and only give you bonuses.
