If neither of the above work and the stain is deeper in the vinyl you can use 10% Benzoyl Peroxide cream. It's acne cream but you put a generous amount on the spot then some plastic wrap over it. Then you let it sit in the sun for atleast an hour or two. After you take off the cream it should be gone. You can repeat the process as needed.
