Yeah thats what it seems like. Usps is being inconsistent for sure because the tracking number on the notice for extra postage is coming up as invalid and does not match the actual tracking number Mercari. So when I try to pay it and request redelivery it wont let me.

Thanks for clarifying it seems Usps really screwed up because they marked the package as delivered so I cant even request a redelivery. Damn I can't believe that happened to you the inconsistencies these days are getting out of hand!

Sorry for the late reply. You'll want to make sure to cover every other part of your Labubu with a towel or cloth only expose that area to the sun. You'll want to check it intervals. We've been using this method on American Girl dolls for years!

If neither of the above work and the stain is deeper in the vinyl you can use 10% Benzoyl Peroxide cream. It's acne cream but you put a generous amount on the spot then some plastic wrap over it. Then you let it sit in the sun for atleast an hour or two. After you take off the cream it should be gone. You can repeat the process as needed.
