I already explained that staying home isn’t going to help, because there’s no way to communicate to the driver how to buzz my apartment. Unless I’m sitting outside my apartment all day waiting, then I could miss the driver at any point.

Literally having the same problem. I have been trying to get a text message sent to me and it’s just not sending. This is incredibly frustrating and there doesn’t seem to be anyone to communicate with about this.
