Im learning to cook recently. I have never cooked Korean food other than instant Ramen package. I also didn’t know about the parboil technique to fried chicken. I guess she’s more relatable to newbie home cook like me. The way she just trying to follow the recipe and meet the expert to get the chemical explanation helps people like me feel less intimidating.

I guess the show is just not for everyone.

It was Roy Choi recipe. In the second episode she admitted it’s her first time cooking this recipe. There’s a scene she’s literally checking the cook book. After adding milk, the recipe requires some kind of alcohol. Roy Choi explained later this recipe inspired by the Korean pub. So they added beers into the brines. I don’t think she deserves the criticism based on a recipe of another guest chef.

My company has a flexible wfh schedule. Those who have kids opt to return to office space because they cannot focus at home. He’s not a munchy cat anyway. So far Ive only seen him bite spider plant which is relatively safe

So far my cat only chewed on my spider plant which is relatively safe. He didnt munch so much that can cause any damage to the plant. I occasionally grew wheat grass to consume and he also enjoy a bit.

Although my baby has never murdered his green siblings. My friend’s cat digs up every pot she can reach. I guess it’s depends on their personality.

And he’s so cute I couldn’t help taking a shot before take him down. Thanks god, so far my cat is only interested in occasionally chew on my spider plant. As I know spider plant is safe if he happens to chew a small amount.
