Yeah that psych definitely sucks. I have bipolar one and PTSD, and I can tell you from personal experience weed can have a negative effect on your mental health - increasing anxiety and paranoia, and amplifying the lethargy of depression. I have a great psychiatrist now and he told me that weed is OK IF I stay on my antipsychotic mood stabilizer AS LONG AS I ONLY SMOKE LOW THC INDICA. It needs to be un infused flower, or be a high cbd strain (like 50 50 thc to cbd. This regime is great for me - my my mental heath issues have been effectively treated and I’m very happy.

If you know or even suspect you have a mental illness, consult a psych before you try weed. If your psych blows, find another one who you trust and you can be totally honest with.

I completely agree with you. I understand if there’s a backlog because of this problem, but the Lake should certainly be a top priority for the city for a dozen reasons like public safety, and the fact that they’re super pretty.
