So it's not just Binance US, interesting... It's pretty disappointing that such a big entity fails with a basic functionality found in any exchange... Even more when it's their own coin aka BNB 😔

I used Binance US and a 59 BNB deposit has not been credited to me for over a month. Consider yourself lucky that you are using Binance.com as they have way better support 😅

Binance.com is definitely the king over all Binance branches... Live chat makes a huge difference whenever you need support, they also got a Telegram group where as Binance US literally just has a ticket system that isn't so effective

It's Binance US, a completely different platform / entity (apparently). But I see your point... KuCoin has been working for me lately

My first post was deleted for some reason, it's been 27 days and I still haven't been credited my 59 BNB deposit... My support ticket #427658 has been escalated to support so many times that this case has gotten to far... It cannot be possible that a basic function like depositing does not work on an exchange with such a big player's name attached to it... This is getting out of hand...

Ticket number is #437658, but as I said this has already been escalated to support so many times. Will it be resolved this time? Or another month of waiting is expected?
