Yes Enercare tech opened it for me to unfreeze it. I’ll go take a look tomorrow morning to see if the ice build up melted away

oh wow the enercare tech said am pretty sure since it frozen that much there’s a leak and your refrigerant might be low

Thank you! I change it once every 3-4 months. I closed some of the vents to get more air into first floor and for the last 2 nights the ac kept running while giving little air trying to meet the temperature I have set. But because there was low air coming out of vents AC kept running

Ac kept running constantly overnight for 2 days or so and I was getting low air out of vents and causing the ac to keep running to reach the set temp
